The food and service was awful here. We ordered a Bruschetta and Calamari to start. Bruschetta was passable at a push, the Calamari was greasy served on a couple of wilted rocket leaves with a less than "Hellmans" quality garlic mayo. Main courses (when they eventually arrived) - Cheese and tomato pizza and a Lasagna, you wouldn't think you could... More

Having eaten in authentic Italian places, I was totally let down by this place. Nothing tasted authentic including the mozzarella from the Insalata Caprese salad which tasted like mud. The pasta dishes that we had spaghetti Napoli, linguine rucola e pomodoro and fungi risotto were horrendous. Expensive for this kind of food and wouldn't waste my time and money on... More

We were looking for some place near the theatre. I am so glad we tried here, charming attentive staff. The food was amazing, everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The tiramisu was the best I have ever had. And the gorgeous coffee finished it off nicely. I highly recommend Massimo.

Visited a few times before seeing a show at the Kings. Service always quick and food always lovely. Good value and directly across from the Kings makes it an ideal pre theatre option.

Have to say been before loved it but so disappointed this time! Sign stated pre theatre menu available but waiter just said"No" when we asked if available! Very abrupt at times and not even asked if enjoying meal! Food was lovely but lasagne portion tiny with no salad or garlic bread with it very over priced for quantity of food.... More

Went here tonight and I must say I was very impressed . The pre theatre menu is excellent value for money . The food was delicious. The service was impeccable. We got talking to the owner and he was an extremely nice family man who sat with us for a chat after we had finished . I would definitely recommend... More
