While on holiday in scotland we spent a night in glasgow and found this gem of a place, we had a wonderful meal, the ambience was perfect, the staff were professional and attentive and i would certainly recommend a visit

Used to dine here more often and went back for a visit recently. It's still worth a visit but on my last attendance it was a very very busy night to be fair and so the service was a little slow.

I liked the atmosphere, service and quality of the coffee; I didn't like that they stop serving breakfast at noon, at the weekend

Booked the meal deal with 5pm.co.uk, £16.95 for 2 courses and a bottle of wine. Given the menu and most items have a surcharge!!! Went for the mezes to share which was just ok, then for the main my friend ordered the butternut risotto which looked more like long grain rice tasted bland and bitter, returned it to the kitchen... Had the mezza platter to share as starter which was very tasty and freshly made, our group had sheiska chicken and sword fish, it was lovely, all finished off by amazing creme brûlée, only sting in the tale was £20 for a bottle of house wine which I thought was a bit expensive and compulsory service charge, like to make... Went here last weekend as a part of their Dine Around 3 Course and free bottle of lovely Pinot Grigio and Merlot for 4 for us and thought it was a fantastic value if you could get their special £15.95 offer, good food, good service and good atmosphere but could do with little bit more space, will be back very... Even though we went here as part of a deal on 5pm, it still wasn't good value. The soup was nice but the mains were tasteless, Italian ready meals come to mind. Wasn't charmed by the service either... maybe that was because the service charge was compulsory and they didn't have to "sing for their supper"? Who knows, we won't... More

Bistro underneath Turkish restaurant so similar cuisine, phenomenal!! Two of us arrived on a Saturday with no reservation, fully expecting to be turned away, which thankfully didn't happen as we arrived just as they opened! Opening is at 5 which is a shame cos it's perfect for lunch! Was shown downstairs (Alla Turca Restaurant upstairs) and got lovely olives and... More

Booked to have the bistro menu; 3 course plus Champagne cocktail. Looked as if it would be good value. Paid extra to have mezes starter; minute; very very average indeed (we have had loads of Turkish style meals in London); paid extra to have the "mexed" kebabs; minute; tiny chop with no meat; 3 tiny pieces of chicken; small pieces...
