Been three times now and never been disappointed. Scallops with the seasoned butter are fabulous. Staff very friendly and attentive. Some tables are very small and crammed but atmosphere is great. Worth every penny!

Having been told time and time again how good this place was thought we had to try it......... Not disappointed, despite been a bit cramped seating wise, food really lived up to expectations, definitely recommend if your in the area.

The restaurant was reasonably nice but nothing special. The food was tasty but quite pricey for what you got. It was a nice experience but I didn't think it lived up to the hype.

We have not been here for several years after a rather disappointing lunch but today was so different. It is still in essence a shack - small and cramped - but service was attentive, informed and friendly. The grilled mackerel, on a salad of pasta...More

We also had the "plank" table and sat side by side as some reviewers noted. It was tight no doubt but the food was so good that it made up for that. We had crab cakes and hake. Sensitive, excellent preparation of seafood--You can tell...More

You could try the crab claws and if she doesn't get on with them...polish them off yourself. They're fab!

Yes. We could not get a table recently when we went at the last minute so I would make a reservation.

Unless you are going early (late afternoon), then I would think you'd be best suited by booking a table. We usually go late lunch time, and often are able to get a table. But, keep in mind, we've only been during June and... More
