Ended up here to day with my sister and her very young child. The kids menu was good, freshly cooked and plenty of food. My sister had the wrap which she also said was good. However we both had salad which tasted off, for example the lettuce was brown in parts and the tomatoes tasted 'cheesy'. I had a bacon... More

I was once again back over in the state of Fife. I was visiting my friend Hans who was originally from Germany who i met on business. Hans works with mentally handicapped people in a local government run facility. Basically moving them from the bed to the little boys room and back again. Hans doesn't know the local area too... Visited today and had a great experience. Staff were lovely and told us to sit where we wanted. We chose a table by the window and menus were brought over to us. My fiancé had the chocolate indulgence pancakes and our friend the rocky road stacker - both said they were delicious! I had the toffee apple stack and it... More

Visited here on the 10th of April for a late-ish lunch. Chose to eat here because i didn't think there were any better options around, realising now I should've gone to spoons. We originally sat down in a booth but there was a fierce draft, or I should say gale coming from the air conditioning so we moved to a... More

I visited here whilst looking after a friends two young sons on a very busy Saturday afternoon - However we were still greeted and seated quickly and the staff did not rush us/the children in any way! The kids both got a special kids menu which has activities/colouring games on it so that helps to keep the kids occupied until... More

Saturday will always be congested and a bit slow. Having said that not too bad today. Seated quickly and order taken efficiently. Usual choices of savoury and sweet pancakes, sandwiches, soups and paninis. Had iron bru which was fizzy. Panini and fries were nice and side salad fresh. Free wifi.

I went to The Pancake Place with my mum, dad and younger sister. I ordered macaroni cheese however there was to much cheese and the pasta was mushy. My dad said that his coffee was nothing special. My mum's baked potato was undercooked on the outside. Isla, my sister, had a massive pancake with cream and maple syrup. Her pancake... More

Waited to be seated and young girl came pretty promptly. Ordered soup & sandwich deal and it came fairly quickly. Soup was lovely as it usually is ( lentil), crisps and salad were crisp and fresh. Older waitress came along and lifted my daughter's plate away without even asking if she was finished! (She wasn't! ) . She then asked... More

Not a great experience, very disappointing as we are a small family owned company and set great store by trying to promote friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. There is no excuse for not feeling that you got this no matter how busy or not it may have been. More
