Great staff, amazing food! I have been a frequent customer for years; I still can't get enough. The best steak and ale pie in Edinburgh. Highly recommended.

Had the shepherd's pie for dinner. It was delicious, and a massive portion too, so filling. Convenient location, walking distance from the royal mile. Seemed pretty popular. Great service.

This place was super enjoyable, and despite the veggie sausages being oh so suspiciously exactly the same as the super common supermarket brand we all love, it was still a good meal. The mushy peas were amazing and the serves of all food were generous...More

Popped in here for a snack. Had a lovely lunch with really friendly staff. It's quite a mix - staff, menu and décor. Wee bit step back in time but with a fantastic choice on the menu. Enjoyed our visit :)

Partner and I split a Steak and Ale pie, tasty enough, although crust was not nearly done enough for our liking. Service was great and prices reasonable.

Old Town

that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the
