My boyfriend and I decided to give this cafe a try as it is nearby and handy. As we walked in, we were not greeted by the waitress and we felt awkward as she was standing looking at us but didn't say hello or anything......More

It's super busy with Greeks (no surprise really) so getting a table is not always easy. But it's definitely worth it. I love the bougatsa and the freddo cappuccino is also very good.

Just stopped by for coffee and cake. Friendly service, delicious coffee excellent cake. Cakes were warmed a little to make them perfect. The polenta cake is special. I'm looking forward to going back and trying all the other Greek goodies on offer.

We had the pretty awful veggie breakfast. Mother's Pride white, toast, mushrooms dripping in oil from the chip pan, and incinerated rubbery eggs. Pretty Grim. On the other hand the Mediterranean food looks like a much better option.

We dined here as a group of nine. Because of the size of our group the waiter suggested sharing platters for starters and main courses. The food was excellent, the portions more than ample and the service friendly and attentive. The bill, including three bottles...More

Myself and two friends dined here this week. We came across the place accidentally, and didn't imagine that the 'Richmond Cafe' would actually be a Greek eatery. The staff were very passionate about the food they served, and I was gently persuaded to try one...More

Many of Edinburgh’s student hangouts gather around

replaced by vast numbers of boisterous visitors here
for the Fringe, Edinburgh’s world-class comedy and
