Lovely atmosphere, the waiters were prompt and kind. We were 4 adults and 2 children. They do not have a kids menu but were willing to make menu changes to portion size and ingredients to accommodate all of our tastes. The pasta was fresh and...More

Ate here for the first time recently. The food is good. A decent and well priced wine list. The drawback is the size of the place. We were seated in the rear of the restaurant which is very cramped and consequently noisy. I understand the...More

We had very tasty dinner with my partner. Home made Linguine al Granchio and Linguine con Frutti di Mare. Delicious, succulent and fresh. Portions are big for a decent price. Staff very professional and friendly. Great experience, highly recommend!

Decent enough restaurant within the area. Good food at a reasonable price. Make sure to book in advance as many people were being turned away after 7pm mid-week!

Our hotel receptionist suggested we try this restaurant and, happily we went with her recommendation. It is quite a small restaurant but cosy and welcoming. The food and staff great so highly recommended by us.

Broughton & Calton
Lying where grandiose New Town townhouses give way to
malls and utilitarian housing, Broughton and Calton
have long been transitional neighbourhoods with a
mixed identity. It’s here that Edinburgh’s gay village
found a home in the 1980s. But gay culture is anything

even if polished pubs, hip bistros, smart delis and
art galleries all speak of affluent good taste. The
