Found this cafe by chance recently whilst at the Festival. Waitress was so nice, very accommodating with my young daughter too. Had the butternut squash soup and a sandwich. The food was deliciously tasty, generous portion size and reasonable cost too. Would Recommend to anyone...More

We had only two coffees before going to the center which were excellent. After payment, being in a hurry, we forgot a ten-pound note on the table - the staff literally ran after us two blocks to give it back...! Thanks again.

Food was great (both taste & quality), portion size good, price decent, service good but not pushy - loved it.

Lovely place, lovely food and lovely staff! Discovered this place in February and since then I have visited it many times. Definitely one of my favourites coffee places in Edinburgh whether for breakfast, lunch or just go for a delicious smoothie.

Eat here regularly and always enjoy it (if you can get a table!) The Greek salad, chicken hummus avocado panini or Scottish breakfast are always plentiful and tasty. Highly recommended

Wandered in at lunchtime - we were warned it would take about 20 minutes before our lunch was ready - the best panini I have ever had arrived. Food fresh and delicious; service friendly and efficient.

West End
Prevailing winds meant that most cities that grew in
industrial Britain had their most desirable
neighbourhoods to the west – upwind of factory fumes.
Edinburgh was no exception, with its wealthiest
citizens settling in its West End and leaving behind
grand Georgian townhouses, private gardens and genteel
crescents. These backstreets remain as dignified and
sleepy as ever, and most of the action here lies along
