We luckily found the place around 10 pm with the kitchen still open. The food and atmosphere was fine. Besides we had to wait for the bill for a little while, we would definately go there again!

We called in to 1780 by chance and really enjoyed our evening. Kind and attentive staff with lovely food and choice of beers. I will call again when next in Edinburgh.
