Up for the weekend and picked McKirdys from Trip Advisor as we tend to like the butchers cu restaurant type of place. Arrived seated promptly and was a homely unpretentious feel to the place. We both had meat starters and steaks for main. Perfectly cooked,...More

Booked this restaurant as we felt like a nice steak. It's a nice restaurant, friendly helpful staff. Unfortunately our steaks did not live up to our expectations. Very thin, over cooked and therefore tasteless. We were disappointed.
