Absolutely glorious authentic Mexican fare, top service and quality drinks. Toilets small but it is a Cantina! Lovely fresh ingredients throughout and I guarantee we will be back

The food was pretty average here, but the tortillas were burnt. Also, one of our dishes came almost 30 minutes later than the other main courses, despite the fact that two of these dishes had already been delivered. We complained to the staff who had...More

I had the lamb and it was delicious, the best Mexican food I've had! With just the right amount of heat, scrumptious spices and fresh herbs. My main course was £14.50, not bad for the centre of a city! Compliments to the chef.

Food was excellent, but the staff and service were no good. Took almost an hour to get served. Staff didn't seem interested in the customers.

I discovered this place a few years ago. I ordered nachos and a beer. At that time they were THE best nachos I've ever had. I have been to Mexico a few times and they were still better than any I had had there. And...More

Small cozy restraunt with nice character. Food is really amazing with great prices. The nachos are to die for and cocktails are also amazing. Prices are reasonable too and never had any complaints. Deffo a place to visit.

We heard about this place through TripAdvisor and thought we'd book a table for dinner. Went along in the afternoon and were told they were fully booked but if we wanted we could come back later and see if there was space available. We went...More

Stopped for food on way to see Robbie Williams. Been several times before and liked it, but not today. Risotto style dish was just rice mush with two prawns and four mussels. Not good for £14. I went adventurous and tried a chicken dish with...More

Recommended this over other Mexican restaurants in the city Centre. They missed one of our starters off (bought it with the main but didn't charge for it). My Nacho starter was good with plenty of chillies. Enchiladas was good, but too crisp for me, was...More

I see no mention of the Margaritas. Are they decent? (by Texas standards, I mean, i.e. big, strong, and tasty)

I prefer a Mojito so I can't comment on the Margaritas.

Hi is the restaurant suitable for infants in the early evening?

Yes, it is Craig, although we only have space for one high chair, and due to license restrictions, we would require that they are finished by 8 o'clock. Thanks, Greg.
