Was served excellent food by very attentive staff. This hidden gem is located on the first floor - don’t be put off by the lack of visibility from the footpath. Highly recommend.

Bit shocked to read the recent reviews as they certainly don't reflect our experience. Normally we try to avoid what we would consider "tourist trappings" round the Royal Mile but due to us being booked on the Haunted Halloween Vault tour we took our chances....More

Have just left this restaurant on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh and I was not very impressed at all. The staff did not, at any point, ask if everything was OK. They acted as if it did not matter whether we were there or not. The...More

Enjoyed the Indian 2 course for £12.95 but, only after asking for the other menu. As ever, you're given the more expensive menu first even though the time limit hasn't expired for the special menu. Very clean establishment including the toilets. Be careful when asking...More

Both Thai and Indian style was bland. You want authentic Thai food? Don’t go to an Indians. My mothers curry is way better than what was served. The service wasn’t bad but food could have been better. Best part of the meal was the French...More

My friend and I popped in here for lunch on a recent day out to Edinburgh. The food was really, really good (especially the daal soup! 10/10) with lots of different curries and pakora to choose from. A very reasonably priced meal for the quality...More

Don’t be fooled by the the outside, the food was very good and staff were quick and courteous. I went whilst it was quiet. I’d recommend if you like Thai or Indian food. Quite pricey though but overall I was a satisfied customer.

For three nights in a row, we ate at this restaurant. They served both Indian and Thai food. We did not try the Thai food, but the menu looked good. We enjoyed the Lamb biryani and the Salmon curry. The salmon curry was a first...More

Old Town
Few Edinburghers live in the Old Town, but its

that you’ll find on its cobbled streets. This is the
place to get a feel for Auld Reekie (Old Smelly), as
the town was once nicknamed, and stroll the Royal
Mile, the thoroughfare that links the castle with the

I would doubt that because it is up a flight of stairs, but didn't ask so I can't say for sure. There may be a lift; why not contact the restaurant and ask them?
