Generally visit here when passing through and it never disappoints. Starters were fantastic. Tasty, well cooked and varied choice. Visited at lunch so there were less mains than usual but the 3 curries that I sampled were again full of flavour and chicken seemed decent quality. Plenty of puddings to satisfy that sweet tooth after as well. Reasonable prices as... More

On possibly one of the busiest days of the year (2nd Jan) when most people are pretty tired and a little hungover we ordered a takeaway to save cooking . An hour later we were still waiting and called to find out estimated time of delivery and were told 5-10 mins . 25 mins later I phoned again and this... More

Visited Taza after recommended by a dear friend. Couldn't agreed more with them; Taza served a great buffet with selections of Indian cuisine. Besides the main dishes (rice and curries) I really enjoyed their starters; fish pakora and mushroom and garlic soup. And not to forget the banana fritters served with syrup. There are ample paid parking space outside the... More

We enjoy an Indian buffet and Taza offers an average selection of traditional food. There isn't much variety and the offer doesn't change very often. On the plus side it is consistent.

Usually when it's buffet, it can be bland, but not this one, good choices and very tasty, spiced onions a treat, friendly service, comfortable surroundings, great. View

A very good selection of dishes and courses at a very reasonable price and an interesting location. A little out of the way which may explain why it was so quiet, but for a romantic meal a great location.

It was a Thursday night so not too many people in. The staff we very nice and the selection of food was excellent in fact too much choice. We resisted the temptation of piling high our plates (it is a buffet style) and just took small amounts of a few of our favourites to save any wastage. We really enjoyed... More

Although the food is enjoyable it isn't worth paying £16.99 per person just for standard Indian food. £2.50 for one glass of juice is also overpriced. In total for the 4 of us to eat it was £66 altogether, we could have had a three course meal for that somewhere else. I also don't agree with charging these prices and... More

We are sorry that you feel our enjoyable Indian food was of "standard" quality. We beg to differ. Our Chefs are formally trained experts in their field with international experience, this can not be said for most other Indian Restaurants in the area. They produce to a very high standard for the buffet as they have time to carefully prepare... More

Visited with 2 children; youngest was just slightly above the line (under the line and eats free). Checked with the waitress she would be free - confirmed she would be. She has a tiny appetite and only managed 1/2 popadom and wee bit ice cream. When went to pay the bill man was extremely unhelpful and insisted we had to... More

We are deeply sorry for your unsatisfactory experience. After further investigation a couple of points have been noted: the lady who initially spoke to you was a new employee and made an error in saying your child wouldn't be charged for. She should have replied that your daughters height would need to be checked at the entrance. You said that... More
