We popped in here for a coffee during a 3 hour excursion to Oban. It was really nice, we managed to get a table straight away for our coffee and cake stop....and the cake was incredible, white chocolate and cranberry if I remember correctly....really indulgant! Nice little shop and deli downstairs. Would definately return.

Lots of unusual, if expensive, items in the deli and a cafe upstairs. I found the cafe very dated, although my coffee and cake were very nice and not too expensive. Doubt if I would return here, think there would be better places.

We stopped here for lunch on a rainy day in Oban. Staff were lovely and so nice. Lunch was tasty and well presented. The little deli and shop downstairs had lots of great gift ideas.

Great coffee in the small eating area upstairs. Cakes were a bit hit and miss, but a nice place to stop and have a little something warm on a blustery day. Deli seems very nice too.

Here you will find an old fashioned grocer's shop! But it is far from old fashioned.Delicious cheeses,a huge variety of breads.Everything to do with foods you will find here.Speciality bottles of alcohol. The shop is spotless and has a wonderful eating place upstairs. If you visit Oban do not miss a visit to this intriguing shop

Great little deli and cafe. The club sandwich was excellent. The staff were lovely and attentive. Great spot for a light lunch.

A small haven of delicacies in Oban. A wholesome lunch was had in cosy surroundings using local and artisan Scottish produce at reasonable prices. Well stocked delicatessen specialising in Scottish fare.

Had a day out in Oban and popped into The Kitchen Garden when we came off the bus. Very busy tea room and rather cramped . Could do with removing one of the tables to give more room to move about as most patrons have bags and coats to try and find space for when sitting. Nice scones and tea,... More

Loved loved loved this hidden gem, we didn't realise there was a cafe here at first, it was only by chance we noticed as it was upstairs, so we decided to have a coffee and a scone, my mum is very fussy about scones, she was so impressed she had to tell the manager how good it was. We only... More

The Kitchen Garden is a busy delicatessen and coffee shop. Our licensed coffee shop is located on a mezzanine floor which overlooks the delicatessen below. We offer freshly prepared, local, simple meals and can be busy during peak times. With regret we do not have lift access to the coffee shop but wheelchairs and buggies can be left in the deli, where the staff will keep an eye. Our deli is well stocked with several thousand lines from Scotland and beyond, with an emphasis on Scottish cheeses and whiskies.
