Great spot for a meal or for just a coffee or drinks with friends. Can be busy so expect to wait a while to be served. Staff helpful and friendly. Well laid and superbly decorated. First class spot.

A good dining experience and recommended by our B&B host. The food was excellent, attractively served, and plentiful portions. In fact some might find the portions quite filling.

The title sort of says it all. Not the most varied of menus, but whatever you choose, yu can guarantee it's goingto be fresh and cooked to perfection

I can only go on my experience, but as you say if the hotel do not try to respond to rectify the problem, then I can't blame you, try somewhere different!
