We visited O'Connor's during a short stay at The Marine Hotel. We ate in the hotel bistro and wanted to go up into the town afterwards. We're not big fans of "diddly dee" so opted for O'Connor's where a guy (guitar) and girl (singer) were performing. They were great - mainly covers of songs with a Beautiful South vibe. Locals... We were staying two nights in Ballycastle and O'Connor's was recommended to us by a local we'd been chatting too. The pub was very cosy with welcoming, friendly staff. Our meals were delicious and very generous portion sizes. The service was excellent. We ended up eating there both nights as we enjoyed it so much.

This wasn't the first time visited here, but now the first time to write a review. Was early lunch time and everything served a quick, warm and professional staff. Food delicious and splendid dessert so ready to start for a coastal road trip towards Belfast. Can be recommended, whatever time of year you will visit this small town. It must... More

The chowder starter was out of this world, in reality should have been a main course as the main course Lasagne was not needed. The lasagne was poor the bechemel sauce was in a slab like processed cheese and was left uneaten. The other in the party were please with the food and the quality.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my meal here. I ordered Chicken Goujons expecting them to be breaded but when they came out they were heavily seasoned strips of the most moist chicken I have ever had. It was seriously delicious. The staff were really attentive and nice. If I was to ever find myself in Ballycastle again... More

We had been travelling all day last Tuesday and finally arrived in Ballycastle. After a nap and advice from our B&B we headed to O'Connors Bar for dinner. The menu is great and has lots of choices for a variety of eaters, I'm very fussy so went for the Goujons and Chips. It was absolutely delicious. The chips were sooo... More
