I have eaten here a few times, and the food has always been good but our last visit we were met with 5 popular dishes of the menu not being available. When we had Eventually found a choice that was available we asked for a side of stir fry/sauted peppers and mushrooms and this was a really big problem for... More

Really nice and friendly staff, nice place to sit in and the food was amazing and reasonably priced. Despite being stuffed from dinner we managed to find room for a brownie to share. No regrets!!

Great wee spot on the main street. Great staff, jammed packed when I was there, great wee singalong band playing and some very nice food. Give the place a try. Would spend a few hours in here anytime!!

Called in around 3pm today after 3 hour walk. Ordered food almost immediately and was still waiting for main course at 5pm. I indicated my discontent and the waiter who was acting manager said; "It was a totally unacceptable delay and the kitchens fault but as you ate your food I can't offer you any compensation." Seriously not even a... More

Traditional Irish music session every Thursday is definitely worth a visit. If you're a player you'll be made to feel very welcome. Uillean pipes, fiddles, banjo, accordions and a wealth of years of tunes between them. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. Food is excellent... you'll not leave hungry!

We visited O'Connor's during a short stay at The Marine Hotel. We ate in the hotel bistro and wanted to go up into the town afterwards. We're not big fans of "diddly dee" so opted for O'Connor's where a guy (guitar) and girl (singer) were performing. They were great - mainly covers of songs with a Beautiful South vibe. Locals... We were staying two nights in Ballycastle and O'Connor's was recommended to us by a local we'd been chatting too. The pub was very cosy with welcoming, friendly staff. Our meals were delicious and very generous portion sizes. The service was excellent. We ended up eating there both nights as we enjoyed it so much.

We arrived tired & hungry at ballycaste & were quickly advised to eat at o'conners! After a warm welcome we sat by the lit fire & ate some absolutely delicious food! Really good portion size too! Very highly recommend!
