With lots of gilt, cherubs and a domed ceiling, the Merchant Hotel's Great Room Restaurant is an adventure in first class living. The food is served efficiently, presented beautifully, and is excellent in quality.

Anything goes within reason but it adds to the atmosphere when you are dressed 'smart casual'.
