I like the Ulster Museum, and decided to pop in for a visit, and maybe a bite to eat. I only wanted something fairly light, but the pricing made me change my mind - £6.99 for a baked potato!!! Ok, it had 2 fillings and leaves, and the pre-cooked potatoes, waiting to be zapped in the microwave, looked quite big,... More

Gearard and his staff at the Museum's cafe went the extra mile for us. They helped us host what has been described by our daughter's friends as the "best birthday party ever". We were given the whole of the cafe area and were allowed to decorate it. The space was transformed to accommodate 30 kids plus parents; it looked very... More

The cafe is inside the museum is clean bright and has good views. That's the good bits. The food is less good. We had 5 sandwiches and bottles of water that cost £44!!!!!! The sandwiches were huge lumps of bread and little filling. My lettuce was brown and wilted! Not good. I wouldn't recommend going here, bring a picnic and eat... More

During a visit to the Ulster Museum I took my children age 8 & 7 for lunch. I had the soup which was tasty but cold (I heard the girl saying there was only 2 soups left so it should've been heated) and they both got a child's meal which consisted of one sausage and cold chips. My sons said... More

Went with a group from work for lunch. Very disorganised. those who started first were finished by the time the last meal was served. 2 people ordered the same sandwich and one was served with salad and the other wasn't (neither had been asked if they wanted salad). Food disappointing. Staff not very helpful. Bit disappointed as the Yellow door... More

Great service, great soup - vegetable soup - the best. Coffee was terrific. I'd highly recommend this place for a cuppa or lunch.
