Such lovely and helpful staff. Nice place to dine and have a good chat with your friends. The food was great and the 2 for £12 deal was great value.

My 30-something year old daughter and I were staying at the nearby Tara Lodge, and found Madison's on our way back to the hotel after our first night in Belfast. Rocking, crowded, with a great bar staff. Friday nights brings bar prices back to the 1990s. Nice venue, nice people.

One of the worst meals I have ever eaten! Mushroom starter was bland and minimalistic. Turkey and ham was ok, but mash was lumpy with a skin over the top. All the veg was very undercooked. The stuffing had the consistency of porridge. The cheesecake hadn't set properly. They were initially not going to provide entrance to nightclub despite being... More

We booked our staff dinner for 15:00 16th Dec 2016 and although service did not happen until 16:00, this was not an issue at the time. The food when served was at best look warm but ended stone cold by the time we were finished. The young service staff did their best to get the food to their guests but... More

Has several occasion dinners there. As well as meal deals and meals for two. A varied menu and helpful staff all make it a bonus

Arrival and check-in good, reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was average size, clean and adequate for our one night stay. Cocktails were on special offer, £3 each. Good central location with plenty of amenities around, take-aways, bars, convenience stores, cash machines and taxis. However it is a busy area during day and especially at night as the hotel... Cheap and cheerful cocktails, quite a long wait at the bar every time so maybe you could invest in training your staff a bit more. I downloaded the trip advisor app just to say a massive thank you to Shannon who was working last night. So friendly and helpful absolutely made our night! My friend lost his bag and she... More
