Arrived too late for Sunday roast, had fish and chips. Not as good as in St. George's market. Decor is scruffy and banal. Service is friendly. Vegetarians stay away, very limited choice for you.

Went here for lunch recently but didn't actually get anything to eat! There was no oil for the fryers so anything on the menu that remotely involved chips was off which didn't leave a lot of choice.

Visited this place a few days ago as we didn't fancy the cuisine served in St George's market. Glad we did as it was hot, plentiful and very easy on the tastebuds. If visiting the market and feeling peckish, this is the ideal place to stop off.

We tried to visit the St. George Market next door but were too late; dropped into the adjacent Ronnie Drew's for a quick pint to stem our disappointment. Seemed like a nice place, a bit run down but we got a warm welcome and the music was lively!

I came across this pub whilst visiting the st George's market. Since it was raining heavily decided to do a pit stop for lunch. Menu is typical pub offerings and I ordered the fish and chip which was acceptable together with a pint of local harp lager.

Visited this pub on Sunday and have to say the staff, food, prices were all great. We had lunch and a few drinks and enjoyed the atmosphere, with staff (especially Tony) being very polite and helpful and eager to make sure we were attended to quickly and efficiently. The atmosphere in the pub was very relaxed and loved the irish... More

A small and comfortable pub in downtown Belfast, close to Hilton hotel and convention centre. Good selection of beer and ciders. Yes, good food as well. Staff friendly, room to sit outside if the weather is nice.
