We had booked our anniversary meal at the grape and olive. After being seated, we were then ignored for the following 30 mins. In the end we just left due to the disrespect we felt from being ignored for so long. If you want a...good meal, try Brewstone in uplands or juniper place. Don’t waste your money on a place that relies on its location for business and not on giving customers a good experience. A real shame.More

My hubby and myself visited here with my Grandson on Friday for lunch , having been here the previous weekend for Cuppa and Cake whilst in Swansea Bay, we were so impressed with the views ! And have to say the food is much better...than our usual Brains pub which we have stopped going to as have been disappointed with the quality of the food on our last few visits! This place however did not disappoint our food was really good with ample portions. I had the Mushroom Pasta with garlic and smoked apple wood cheese sauce … delicious!! My grandsons really enjoyed his Taverner Beef Burger insisting that I have a bite to taste which was a struggle as it was so big!! But it was really tasty!! Hubby went for Steak which was ever so tender despite being well done . Only had one issue and that was the fact the fries were cold when I brought this to the attention of our waitress they immediately brought fresh hot ones and were really apologetic, our waitress and waiter who were checking that we were happy with everything else were so nice, and really looked after us well ! Desserts were really good two Apple crumbles and one Sticky toffee pudding which was mine and was the best sticky toffee ever!! I would recommend this restaurant as we had a lovely experience and my grandson who just turned 14 the day before our visit loved his treat meal out here!! And thought the venue it’s self was amazing !!More

Went to the Sky Bar for a couple of drinks. Fantastic views from the bar even on a miserable October evening. Friendly and helpful staff, good atmosphere and drinks not ridiculously priced. Will return next time we visit Swansea!

We enjoyed drinks from the bar, served by two delightful and efficient staff as well as excellent canapes.

Such a shame - the restaurant has a great view, being on the 28th floor just on the seashore, but the food was mediocre: usual sort of pub fare with little choice for vegetarians let alone vegans, we were there for 45 minutes before our...order was taken, long wait for starters, eventually had main course 2 hours after we'd arrived and 4/15 meals had to be sent back as cold. If only it was run by a better organisation than a pub chain it could be a culinary gem with terrific views.More

In Swansea settling our daughter at Swansea University. Staying close to this restaurant and tried to eat here on a Friday night but you needed reservations. Weekend was totally booked up so we came on a Monday night. Stunning views from the 28th floor restaurant...(lounge/bar on 29th also have great views). Menu is extensive and reasonably priced for the large portions. Our server Charlotte was amazing, friendly, efficient and attentive. Will definitely be back.More

Visited for a lunch & are so glad we did, it was absolutely excellent. Staff very pleasant & food really good plus the staggeringly wonderful outlook from 28 floors up was marvellous. We returned later for a casual drink in the comfortable bar enjoying the...evening illuminations of the city. Totally recommend this as an essential part of any visit to Swansea!More

Disappointing. The best thing was the view. Very bog standard pub grub . Not worth the price at all. Most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat in, kept sliding off!!!More

Best views of Swansea from this restaurant/ bar on Swansea sea front. It costs nothing to enter and the bar prices are pretty much the same as a normal pub. The restaurant was full so can’t comment on that but sitting in the sky bar...with a pint of peroni was a great way to spend a relaxing hour. Lovely 360 degrees views of the bay and the town make this a must do for visitors.More
