The entrance is probably enough to put most people off, and it it is a little tatty around the edges inside. Service was OK, although I was the only customer for much of the time there. Food is ok, but fairly average. As others have said, it can be a bit bland with not much flavour or spice, but nothing... More

Had a meal here after being told by hotel staff to go. Enjoyed it was very tasty food with a good spice hit. Asked for pathia that wasn't on the menu, which they were happy to prepare for me. All the food was lovely and hot and the meats were very tender. Not sure about other reviews saying it's terrible... More

We walked down to the bay from the City area. It took about 30 minutes. A very pleasant walk. It looked nice outside and in so we went in and had a lamb dish and a chicken dish. You order the rices separate. The wine was good. Overall very good. Very good service. a 10% service charge was added which... More

Visited this juboraj before heading to a concert in Cardiff. Had a meal with my partner, we only had main courses due to time constraints but what we ordered was delicious. I've always loved the food they serve in the juboraj although it is a little pricey. The restaurant was quiet for early Saturday evening so service was prompt. Would... More

Large group of us booked in and we had all pre ordered our meals. Because of this you would expect to receive it quite quickly! They brought all of the meals out onto one table and took ages to take them round so disorganised and just chaos!! Some had their meals but then waited for their rice or vice versa!... More

Ordered a stuffed vegetable protah - nice. Rice was dry. Butter Chicken was ok but bland. Chicken Jalfrezi had the chilli kick but not so flavoursome, below average. The waiter didn't smile and we felt our food was rushed and felt somewhat awkward because they wanted to clear up very quickly - I can understand them being busy but still... More

We were visiting Cardiff and was looking for Indian restaurants for dinner, when we found this fantastic restaurant in the city centre. The restaurant has a warm, calm and quiet environment. The staff are very polite, attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere to the restaurant. We ordered fish, prawn and popular tanka dhal dishes to go with rice, naan and... More

Good selection on menu. Don't think anyone in our group was disappointed by their meals. Friendly staff. Would happily go back.

Had a meal here on a stag night and the food and service was very good not exceptional but enjoyable. Would I return yes but would try other places first as there are so many in Cardiff.
