Warm atmosphere, friendly staff & absolutely excellent food. Highly recommended. We had steak from the specials menu (which was cooked to perfection) followed by fruit & nut chocolate fondant with raspberry sorbet, the best desert I've ever tasted!

We decided to eat in this restaurant with a nice christmas decoration looking and an attractive 3courses menu. The presentation of the dishes was nice but the quality and taste of the food wasn't at the same level except the meat was great! The restaurant was very quiet perhaps the season but no music was on when we get in,... More

The night we ate here the rest of the room was set for a wedding, so it felt slightly strange, but on an normal night it looked better. The service was very attentive and the quality of the food was really high. Cheeseboard excellent! Still very reasonably priced.

We read the reviews on here and gave it a whirl. Service was excellent the food was excellent and when you are paying a fixed menu price of £25 for three courses, plus we had a terrific amuse bouche of tomato and red pepper soup it is superb value for money. Separate kids menu which was excellent quality. Free parking... More

Recently had 5 nights in Betwsy, eating at a different restaurant or pub each night. Not quite sure why this isn't No. 1. Excellent food and service. At only £25.00 for three courses, outstanding value. Really is worth a visit, best meal we had by a mile.

A gourmet restaurant at the foot of Snowdonia, what a treat. The food and service were first class. Try the rack of lamb, half lobster salad and the scallops, all excellent.
