Ordered simple all day breakfast, waited over half an hour for them! Service with a terrible attitude, just go next door!

Went in for a fish & chips supper. Was the only people in there. The fish and chips came from the chippy next door, with no real price difference. However, being charged £3.00 for a 330ml of Diet Coke, seems very overpriced. I would not...More

Called in for breakfast last weekend, pleasant staff, nice layout. Ordered two cooked breakfasts, toasts and coffees, not especially cheap. When the breakfasts arrived, after a slight delay, they were a victim of extremely keen portion control! Over cooked egg, one rash of bacon plus...More

Awful, cold chips... even my 4 year old wouldn’t eat his chips, ate one and spat it out. Will never bother with Spinnakers again :(

We had a very enjoyable and very tasty fish and chip lunch during our visit to Betws-y-Coed. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, however, our visit went due south when a lady came out from one of the...More

Slow service. My wife and I had upset stomachs the next morning. The chips were on cold dishes and the burgers on cold plates. This is so poor that such a busy cafe cannot bother to warm the plates.
