Luckily we were given the heads up about booking Bistro in advance. The food was fantastic, a good selection on the menu too. A very nice atmosphere and helpful staff. The haddock risotto for starters was particularly tasty.

Been to Betws-y-Coed many times, first time eating here and was really tasty. The only negative would be that plates were chipped badly. Other than that, no complaints.

Absolutely superb. Booked in to our hotel and then left for the bistro. Upon arrival was greeted by a friendly waitress and promptly seated. We placed out drinks order and selected our meals. I ordered wild wood pigeon with blueberry pancakes and crispy bacon with a red wine and chocolate sauce. Delicious. Next arrived my lamb shank off the specials... More

This place merits its high ranking. The lamb was delicious and the pheasant was very well cooked. Highly recommended.

The menu looks fairly odd with some classic and some bizarre food combinations but it is a taste sensation. A quaint little romantic spot through an unassuming entrance way and is well worth a visit. The food was stunning the customer service was outstanding I only wish I had room for a full 3 courses as the desserts looked gorgeous!

Went there with my wife and two friends and we all had a great meal. I had pork special, my wife had lamb friends smoked haddock and steak. Would recommend them all. Special praise to our waitresses Awel and Ellie. They were both efficient, friendly and good fun. Lovely restaurant.

The menu had a wide range of dishes and the food was very high quality. The service could have been a bit more professional.
