We visited here during Easter Holidays 2017. Firstly the kids menu consisted of just 3 items so we had to turn to the main menu as our 3 grandchildren found nothing they would eat on the kids menu. This obviously proved more expensive as they chose burger, scampi and lasagne. Although we had arrived at 1200 noon the food took... More

Very large building and extremely busy. The noise from the TVs downstairs in the sports area was awful. We sat upstairs but couldn't avoid the TV. Food was hot and acceptable for the price we paid. The setting is lovely but ruined

We just visited for drinks and sat in pub garden overlooking the Avon. Nice place to rest and while away an hour especially when the sun is shining. Inside they had football on and we found it noisy. We did not eat but we saw lots of people tucking in to burgers. Not a place a certain where we would... More

Served other customers in front of me and when I complained the bar person was incredibly rude - when I complained to the Manager about the service and the attitude he refused to allow me the drinks I had ordered. Humiliating experience for a 45 year old female - would avoid this place like the absolute plague.

The place looked quité nice bit everything was ruined by an impolite service. It has potential but the waiter was terrible (more focus on taking care of friends and/or flirting than service)

We called in here for lunch as it was happy to allow dogs and in all honesty our dog was offered both a bowl of water and a biscuit. The food was of good quality but due to problems in the kitchen it was slow in coming and we were compensated for this by the friendly and apologetic staff.

Nice enough; staff are helpful and food order was timely. Not an overly exciting pub, sky sports seems to be on constant loop. Might be a good location to watch a sports event but as a place for a nice drink; if you're stuck inside there are better options.

The setting is lovely. Walk over the bridge and watch the rushing water below you. The building is interesting and the staff are great, happy, friendly people. The food looks and sounds great on the menu and parts of what I ordered Lamb Shank Cottage Pie) was OK. It was served with peas and carrots. (see photo) The rest was... More
