I stopped in with my wife without a reservation. It was not too crowded. We had a lovely time and a wonderfully delicious meal. The goat cheese toast was delicious. And the steak was great. I had a glass of house merlot and it was...More

Go a la carte and it can get a bit pricey; but there is a good deal if you arrive before 7pm (best to book) and there are also lunchtime deals. The food is good and well presented, the wine list a bit OTT.

I made the mistake on Saturday morning of trying to get in here for breakfast with my disabled brother, and my elderly mum. On entry, it looked promising, lots of empty tables in the back and a few in the front. "Have you booked?" Was...More

A good place to come after a Cathedral event. As one would expect, the staff were welcoming, the service good and most importantly, the food was delicious.

We were greeted by the friendly staff and thge manager giving us a great table in the window. Bargain with either 2 or 3 course lunches, had the pate and seabass, divine. Definately going back

We had lunch here. We all had starters to eat for lunch. They were perfect size, big enough for lunch. Good food and good service. I would recommend it here.

I did not think the food or the service merits a second visit. Wait staff was only partially attentive, food was mediocre.

Our inspiration for the food and design of Cote is a modern interpretation of the many famous bistros of Paris. Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities.
Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu. Open early every day for breakfast, through to lunch and dinner; Cote's atmosphere is informal and friendly
