A very popular restaurant, deservedly so. They managed to find us a table after calling, when the online booking said no space. Food was really good, authentic and different. Service also excellent with enthusiastic and helpful staff.

We managed to get a seat in the lounge area as the restaurant was already 90% full at 6.15! Those that have complained about this restaurant seem to be in the minority. The seating arrangement was fine, so take no notice of some of the...More

I have Bren Asha's before as a big group, and I much preferred a smaller group. Then you can choose and you don't have to have a set menu and my gosh the food is good! The cocktails are amazing and the atmosphere is very...More

Only ordered dishes that were marked as recommended on the menu, very nice. Atmosphere possibly a bit on the loud side when planning for a quiet evening. Staff very friendly and polite. Recommended

This restaurant is nice if you are out for a boisterous evening with a large crowd but not place you'd like to go for a romantic evening. The service was erratic and we did not receive some of what we ordered.More

We had a call to say our booking had to be cancelled Easter Sunday as there was a burst water pipe I totally understand this couldn't be helped, we have eaten here lots of times & really enjoy it but I'm very disappointed as we haven't had a call or email to ask if we would like to make another booking with a small discount for the inconvenience

Birmingham now has its very own brimful of Asha right here on Newhall Street. We're not kidding, Asha's is the latest addition to legendary Bollywood singer Asha Bhosle's empire. Following on from the success of restaurants in Kuwait and Dubai this is a place where fans of Indian music and Indian food can combine their passions. The space is large but intimate, decorated in a warm, welcoming style. And if you were concerned about theme-ish menus worry no more, from the fabulous Tandoori kebabs to the unmissable curries you'll be singing the praises of Asha's food all the way home.
