After a terrible group Christmas meal here Bank offered us a huge discount to come back - a chance to have our faith restored I guess. And we are so glad we did! Overall the food was excellent and we had a lovely table on the patio. Our waiter, Matt(?), was very attentive. However, there are a couple of reasons... More

I would like to thank Bank for a perfect birthday meal. They gave us a really nice table by the canals and also gave 2 complementary bottles of prosecco! The service was great, staff were friendly and the food is worth every penny.

Fantastic Sunday lunch but even better it was totally free! Having visited in January for a birthday celebration, 50% of the amount spent on food was put on to a loyalty card, along with a £20 credit on 1st Feb. So not only did we have £100 to spend at a later date, but then I received an email saying... More

Went here for valentines meal and the place itself is lovely and the staff very attentive but my steak was very very well done I had asked for medium to well but tasted more like a pork chop than anything else. However the chips were very nice and the dessert was ok. Would come again but not in a hurry... More

Went to Bank yesterday for lunch with 3 family members who had travelled up from London. Lovely warm greeting, great attentive service, lovely food and excellent ( and copious) wine! The seating area out at the back is so good and beautifully warm despite having an al fresco feel. As usual time flew but the nice thing about Bank is... More

Visited yesterday for the first time for Sunday lunch. Attentive, friendly staff and a nice atmosphere without feeling pretentious. Food was delicious, although (small niggle) I would prefer my Sunday lunch served on a plate rather than a chopping board! Will certainly return soon.

I have been a couple of times to Bank at Brindley Place for Sunday lunch. Once with friends and once with family. On both occasions we have been very pleased with all aspects of the visit. The staff are without exception very friendly and attentive. The menu is quite extensive if you want to branch out from the traditional Sunday... More

We have been twice now for a special date as a couple. Two starters, two steaks and a bottle of cheapest wine was £115 (wine is £26 a bottle, or £8.25 a glass). The floor in the middle room is very slippery, so keep this in mind if wearing heels. I slipped everytime I got up to use the toilets.... More

Visited as a group of 8 people, drinks at the bar first then shown to our table in the conservatory area which was lovely and warm considering it was damp and very cold outside. Lovely menu on offer at reasonable prices, fast service and food arrived on time, hot and very tasty. Well done The Bank, would recommend.
