I was part of a large group on Friday evening and can't speak too highly of how well we were looked after. The service and food were excellent. You can't go wrong with fish and chips - it was delicious! Thanks

Visited with a large group for a team night out. We were well looked after and the food came out promptly and as ordered - they were also very accommodating when we added starters to our order at the last minute.

From booking the venue to arranging the pre-orders and then arriving at the venue. I cannot fault the service I received, I was arranging a team night out for up to 28 people and with any booking you get drop outs at the last minute....The staff at The Brasshouse were so helpful and really made us all feel welcome. They were able to add to orders on the day and the food was warm when we received it. The staff were friendly and were all willing to help. I would definitely go again.More

We visited as a group of 8, the pub was packed and there was a good atmosphere, we couldn’t get a table right away which we took as a good sign, a member of the front of house team was really helpful through our visit,...she helped with an issue I was having with the app and also helped to get us a table as one became available, I wish I had got her name so I could praise her directly, she is a true asset to the pub. Unfortunately that’s where the good times end, not one of our party enjoyed the food that was presented to us, the food arrive quickly, in fact it arrived so quickly it makes me think how has all this been prepared in such a short space of time! The chicken melt was rubbery and dry. the burger I had, I genuinely couldn’t tell the difference in texture from the bun and the burger meat, it was pretty nasty. The burger had no place on any good menu. There were other issues i found whoever I’m not going into them as I believe that the problems I identified could be put down to how busy they were and it would not be fair to point out the negatives that I would hope are not the usual service at more manageable times.More

A bit cheesed off as when I rang I was told I couldn’t have a table until 5 o’clock giving the impression it was full so we took a chance and walked in at about 30 mins after calling, the place was basically empty and...had a choice of tables, food is ordered at the bar and as a good selection of beers as well as a good choice of food. Food arrived within a reasonable time and looked appetising it tasted fresh and freshly cooked. Staff polite and friendly and gave good interaction with clients. Ideally located for where we were staying and would visit again when next in the area.More

Well, what can I say! After an awful experience in the Pitcher and Piano we came here, hoping we could get a table. (Birmingham was buzzing!) We found a seat immediately out of the way and ordered at the bar. Within 10 minutes we had...our food, hot and tasty. The staff were lovely and prices were great. 2 burgers, 2 sides, 2 drinks for £21. We will be going here next time!! 'Nuff said.More
