Fabulous food, fabulous service, fabulous staff. Tomatoes on bruscetta how can something so simple taste so good! Chicken in masala delicious, but oh my word the amaretto cake, I didn't want it to end. Great little find. Only critism paying extra for veg with the chicken, but wouldn't deter me from going again.

I visit Stratford possibly six times a year for a weekend break, however this is the first time I've eaten at Sorrento!......WHY!!!?I wish I knew. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everything was just perfect. The restaurant is nicely laid out with lots of dining areas, which all have character. As for the food,it was superb and... More

We visited here after looking at TripAdvisor reviews. The food was edible and the service was mostly satisfactory. Where it wasn't satisfactory, was where we felt looked down upon and not even responded to by the only male member of staff there. Unfortunately we don't know his name so can't name and shame but manners and etiquette are a couple... More

The staff were friendly the meal was good. We decided to order coffee after our meal. 2 espressos and one ordinary coffee. It came with a small wrapped cantuccini. When we got our bill we were surprised to find we were charged £9 for coffee. This seemed to us a little excessive.

This restaurant was recommended to us ,so, we called to book a table and was told that the restaurant was full but we could eat at a table in the bar area-I wished we hadn't.although the staff were very welcoming and friendly,I felt as though we were being rushed, the food was very good and the service was very fast, but felt... The welcome was very nice, and the rose wine was good (at £20.90 a bottle it should have been), but the food was very disappointing. Firstly, my wife wanted the crayfish and prawn salad which took her outside the set menu that I opted for, despite her main (meatball lasagne) being on that menu. This added an astonishing £7.50 to... More

Booked a table here after reading reviews on here. Great Eve from start to finish. Nice Bellinis whilst waiting for our table. Staff are brilliant, I can see why it's a popular place!! & the ice cream was very nice. I LIKE Ice Cream :)

Had an inpromptu dinner here while taking in the sights in Stratford - lucky for us they had a table. The cheesy decor aside, this was a great experience. The staff was helpful with the wine selection. I had the Linguine con Gamberoni -which was excellent. And the Beef carpaccio (chef's special that night) was absolutely delicious.

Booked into one of our favourite restaurants in Stratford, it's family run and Jackie the manager remembered us from our previous visit and made us most welcome...i am a lover of seafood so when I saw a fillet of halibut in a creamy prawn sauce on the menu I looked no further, my wife ordered the pasta carnivale....Both meals were...
