Very filling and delicious afternoon tea enjoyed by my partner and myself. The tea house has a good ambiance and is styled tastefully to the 1940s. Very friendly waitresses. We found the sweets and pastries a bit much towards the end, but overall a lovely...More

How to distinguish your tea room from all the others in Stratford? Turn it into a Forties tea room, complete with blast tape on the windows, waitresses in Forties dresses and fantastic cakes. Great fun and excellent tea - try the Fourteas blend. Only gripe:...More

We were told that there were 2 groups ahead of us to be seated but were welcome to wait for a free table. The 2 groups were seated quite quickly & we became frustrated when, after about 40 mins, the next available table was laid...More

If there was a 6th star this place would get it. I have never been to a place like it, all 1940's themed, hence the name. We had the afternoon tea and it was amazing, great service and even the team were dressed in 40's...More

This is a little slice of heaven for tea and history lovers . 40s music, the staff are dressed up as old fashioned tea ladies, the decor is outstanding and tea is the best. Even the camomile is made with real flowers. Yum. Also loved...More

Yummy! Great alternative venue, forties experience. Friendly, efficient and very good food. We had salmon sandwiches with the crusts cut off and pots of tea. The tea room is charming and filled with warm time memorabilia and staff dressed forties style. Lovely.

A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!
