    Always excellent

    I have stayed at the hotel and eaten in the restaurant many times. Excellent food and menu, staff extremely welcoming Would recommend

    Raffles - Excellent food

    I've eaten at Raffles many times and couldn't praise the staff and chef more. Great choice of dishes and wonderful tasty food. Lovely environment and great service. I look forward to my next visit.

    Nice meal and value for money

    Food fantastic...service not as good

    Visited on a Saturday evening arriving at 18.50.. We didn't leave to about 22.00. The food was fantastic and could not be faulted, however one felt that a speedier service would have been nice. Took at least 45 mins from ordering to start eating. Really...More

    Raffles Restaurant was excellent.

    Recommend Raffles restaurant, but wouldn't stay at The Peacock again. Fire Alarm was ringing all night and there was never a question of a refund for lack of sleep.

    It's moved. Opposite side to Sainsburys but further up the road heading out of town. It has own car park

    You can view their menu on their website, but, as everything is freshly prepared, I am sure they would offer a vegetarian option on request. They are onoy open for lunch/ afternoon tea on Sundays, and close at 5pm. All... More

    There's a small carpark behind the Grand Hotel (where the restaurant is) - if its full, then you might have to ask the Indian restaurant across the road - they've got a huge carpark.
