Great location, a bit small inside but not that cozy. The starters were great but the main courses a bit bland, we had three different meals that all looked the same colour and didn't taste that different. Not cheap. There are much better in Newcastle.

We love Vujon as it is beautifully decorated and menu is unique, and the food delicious. It is situated just across from the Sage so makes a great pre- gig place to eat.

This is a top, top Indian restaurant, make no mistake, the food is gorgeous, the staff are attentive, the place is top class. Lamb starter, delicious, fiery chicken main, unreal, fresh, fragrant, mmmmm. When I say the rice and breads are gorgeous, you know i am on one and in heaven!!!! Gotta go, eating pistachio kulfi now.....wow!

I first dined here in my twenties and it's lost none of its charm. Vujon is an icon of Indian dining in Newcastle that always delivers. Attentive service, great food and in my personal opinion, the best overall value in town.

Ate from the 2 courses for £15 offer. Pompadoms and pickles free, the starter were really tasty and nicely spiced (chicken murgh and vegetarian bhajis). The mains in contrast were quite bland(chicken and spinach and vegetarian chick pea dish). I don't like hot food but there were no spices or heat in the dishes. Choice of rices and naans are... As a regular diner at the vujon visited Friday evening for restaurant week, a superb choice of menu with really good value for money. As always food was excellent served by friendly attentive staff. The restaurant was extremely busy and management still seemed to run a organised restaurant with excellent food and service.

I know this is supposed to be a lovely restaurant but I beg to differ. Our meal was £150 and was very underwhelming. I really didn't think it was possible to go far wrong with Indian food, but this meal was incredibly bland. I wouldn't go back.

Really sorry to hear your experience visiting Vujon wasn't the most positive and really disappointed to hear that the food you had was bland. Here at Vujon we thrive on the quality of our food and the spice we use to make each dishes unique in test and we try to tell a syory of the dish but your dish... More

We have visited several times and have a table booked again soon! Food is delicious, fresh and different to the normal Indian menu - would certainly recommend.

Great Indian restaurant offering a variety of dishes I had never heard of before, despite being a keen amateur of Indian food. Very wide choice, great service and the food tasted great. Great nan bread!
