I have never been to this venue before but the wine evening was recommended by friends and i would now recommend it after a brilliant night. I liked the way they contacted each customer to ask if they had any dietary issues and asked for the names so they could set the tables. This was the level of detail and... More

After staying over on a room, meal and breakfast deal (well worth looking out for as they are excellent value) we came here for breakfast. The continental breakfast is very good with an excellent range of different items so even the fussiest eater will be able to find something. Staff were attentive.

I get the impression this restaurant is trading on its name and has let standards slip. The staff were friendly and attentive but let down by the food which was very disappointing and overpriced. The tuna tartare was an expensive starter which consisted of 5? micro- cubes of rather poor quality tuna. The steak I had was well cooked but... More

Over a few years I've visited the restaurant many times. Yesterday's was our most enjoyable evening to date. The bar is very well stocked and friendly. The dining room overlooking Millennium Bridge is gorgeous. The waiters are knowledgeable and friendly. Don especially. Food is outstanding. Any gripes? Perhaps the food is a bit slow to come out but really wasn't... More

A group of us attended the American Wine Dinner on Friday night. The food was delicious, the wines spectacular and plentiful and we all had a brilliant night. Thanks especially to our host, Richard for good pairings (of wine and food) and an entertaining evening.

Visited for Afternoon Tea. I obviously don't get out much because I thought Afternoon Tea was just tea and scones/cakes, didn't realise it included real food (mini burgers, wraps). As well as the savoury there was 4 different types of cake and a smoothie. I've marked this as mid-price, but for £17.50 inc. drink the amount, variety and quality of... More
