Stopped by for an afternoon cup of tea and scones / cakes. Tea was very nice and they had a great selection to choose from. Friend's cake was delicious, my scone very good, but would have been better with clotted cream, rather than just butter...More

I often meet a friend here, it's our favourite place in Newcastle! Amazing selection of quality teas, and the cheese scones are the best I've ever tasted! Friendly, cheerful staff and lovely ambience. Highly recommended!!

Quilliam Brothers offers not only perfect tea, in particular Earl Grey / Darjeeling IB/Chongtong, but also a wide selection of scones and cakes such as an orange cake. Many customers engage in playing games or working, making it quite a cozy place.

What we noticed was that the staff dealt with the people waiting for tables as valued customers. They were quite content when we refused the use of two large cushions instead of seats. After another short wait we got two seats. The mushroom soup was...More

Had breakfast with my older brother and his girlfriend, we wanted something kind of good but without cutting out quality and this is just the place - the scones are really the best, I look forward to them always, and I also usually order the...More

Hi John. Sorry, but I'm not certain if dogs are allowed. However, there is a freewheeling atmosphere, so they may do.
