This was my 1st visit to Pinocchio and will definitely not be my last. Came for lunch with 3 friends we all had 2 courses plus a lovely bottle of house white and Bill was only £46. Food was served piping hot and was very tasty. The only fault was my garlic mushroom starter did not have enough garlic for... More

Arrived in Newcastle on Friday night looking for something to eat. Found Pinnochio's by chance and what a find! Authentic Italian food and expéience in a quirky interesting setting. Food was superb freshly cooked and the staff were welcoming. A lovely little family bistro- would definitely go again if in Newcastle.

Two of us ate at this restaurant before a concert at the arena. We both ate from the happy hour menu, prices for two courses were either £7.95, £8.95 or £9.95. We both had garlic mushrooms and pasta carbonara. Lovely hot food. Our only complaint would be that it took nearly twenty minutes to get the bill. Would certainly eat... More

My friend and I visited without a booking on a very busy night. Staff went over and above to fit us in and serve our orders to us as soon as possible. Gorgeous food and lovely and friendly staff. Will certainly be going back the next time we are in Newcastle. Would certainly recommend to others

A great sized, authentic, well organised restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious They have early bird offers available which are very good value for money. With a choice of 2 course menus for £7.95, £8.95 & £10.95!! These weren't small portions either I'm not sure why it was named after the character but the... More

We ate here on our second night of a two day stay in Newcastle. Couldn't fault it at all. Lovely food, generous portions in a friendly and welcoming environment for an excellent price. Highly recommended.

We were recommended to come here from a local hotel. The food was really nice and the children were made to feel welcome. I really enjoyed the meal overall, however I nearly didn't go in as one of the waitresses was standing smoking in the doorway of the restaurant. If I had known she worked in the restaurant before, I... More

Came for a meal on a Friday lunchtime with 7 friends. There was a mix up with our booking but this was rectified quickly and we were shown to our table. Staff (assuming it was the manager) couldn't apologise enough for the mix up and even gave us a free bottle of wine for our trouble. Food was lovely -... More
