We have frequented this cafe regularly, always a pleasant welcome from the female staff, last time we were clearly inconveniencing the male member of staff at being customers.

Hi Thank you for your feedback. This is not a problem that I've ever encountered in the 10 years that my only current male team member has been with Munchies. He apologies and hopes you find his disposition better next time you visit

Called-in for impromptu coffee, hot chocolates and cakes during Easter holiday stay in Aldeburgh. All were good and friendly, efficient service from staff. Kids and dog both made very welcome. Also bought fresh take away croissants from here on a couple of occasions.
