Lovely restaurant with great selection of ramen noodle , tempura, sushi and bento - I had assorted veggie bento and pumpkin korokke as a starter with a wonderful fruity sauce for dipping . Excellent friendly service and a stylish interior - gets my vote !!

Just had to visit again to introduce a few of our family to Miso! Once again it excelled with the fantastic Sunday deal of sushi for just £1 when you buy a bento. Sensational food, excellent service!!

I visited Miso with my son (13 y.o.) for a 6pm dinner reservation on a Saturday night, and I was really pleasantly surprised to each Japanese food of this quality smack in the heart of the city. We went for the mixed gyoza platter starter,...More

Returning for a dinner with the family during Miso's 9th birthday celebration - a starter & bento for £9.99. Don't be mistaken - this is not "Araki" or "Ebi Sushi" or any other deeply-serious Japanese restaurants, this is home-cooked food done in a friendly, welcoming...More

Went a couple of weeks ago with my husband. They are not Japanese, the food is not Japanese. Sushi is not made with raw fish, even Supermarket sushi is. Anything resembling Japanese was sold out! We didn't eat there, ended up leaving and going to...More

This was our first visit to a Japanese restaurant, after visiting Miso we’ll certainly be going to more. Don’t go by the external appearance, the blinds were closed and we wondered if it was open. But once inside it was quite busy and the staff...More

I’ve been to Miso a fair few times now and often recommend it to others. The decor inside is nice, although the tables look a little tired, but the food is what keeps me going back. I’ve only ever tried the veggie options (my other...More

This place is "OK" at best considering its the only Japanese restaurant around, and is definitely not a notch on authentic Japanese food. Gyoza arent pan fried as you would expect them to be (this is how they are automatically served in Japan or indeed...More

It's a box that is in sections with different food in each section. It all depends on what your order. One section rice, one section curry, chicken, pork. Lots of choice. Very well worth having;) Lovely food.
