Everytime we have been here the food has been exceptional. Especially the Sunday roast which is available in the cooler months. Great service. The building is stunning and when inside it feels like you have stepped back in time. Highly recommended.

There aren't many places that can pour a perfect pint. The George is a place that certainly can. Perfect pints everytime. French fries are nice and crispy too.

This pub is centuries old and the locals love it as well as the tourists. Great place for a sit down and a pint

UGH. This place is not welcoming at all. It was one of the first places we stopped into after arriving from Canada and driving down to Glastonbury from Heathrow. We were so excited to be there, but we were also exhausted and starving. What a...More

Offers a good selection of food for vegetarians and meat-eaters, freshly cooked and reasonably priced. The Inn has a host of historic features inside, including stained glass leaded windows and original flagstone floors, oak beams and little nooks and areas tucked away from the main...More
