Because of dietary difficulties in our family I had never eaten here but passed the door so many times. This time I had an early evening, light meal with friends before going to the theatre and it was such a good choice. We decided to...More

I have been here a number of times, and the food is good, and authentic, with good choice, but this time the service was really poor. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our lunch main course, and even then didn’t get the full...More

Our first time at the restaurant and trying Nepalese food... wow did it live up to all our expectations! Absolutely delicious. Also worth sitting out in the courtyard on a nice evening. Lovely, friendly staff as well. Definitely worth visiting!

We've never eaten in a Tibetan restaurant, so we thought this was worth a try. It's in central Bath, but below street level, so steep and slightly difficult stairs to negotiate. As lovers of “Indian” food, we enjoyed the food. Out of a group of...More

If the name of this restaurant alone isn't enough to make you want to dine here, then we'll eat our Dhaka topi hats. However, in case you need any further incentive – we're delighted to say that this super-cosy establishment is superb. With whitewashed walls and brightly coloured hand-woven cushions, the Nepalese dining room at Yak Yeti Yak in Bath is warm, peaceful, and popular with a fresh-faced crowd who look like they climb mountains just for fun. While - as far as we can tell - there is no actual yeti on the menu, there are plenty of other star attractions such as the Yak Yeti Yak Beef – spicy beef stir-fried with onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes.
