By chance we stayed here and the michelin starred restaurant was in it’s first week. We worth going!!!!! not expensive for the quality lushness and expertise of staff, excellent views and central location, i don’t have enough stars !!!

Walk in customers, décor was interesting. Menu variety was sufficient for our needs. Service was adequate. Food was excellent, portion size was adequate but overall the place just did not seem to have the ambience and wow factor although they clearly tried.

Visited this place for the workshop dinner. We were about the only guests there. Bread was fresh an good. Main course - salmon -cold - clearly prepared long time before being served. Potatoes disgusting. Dessert average. Ambience miscallaneous.

Visited Bath for the day. Decided on this restaurant. Minestrone soup was strange. Vegetables weren't cooked through and there was no pasta. Then had a chicken dish. 2 tiny pieces of chicken and cabbage and onion with stuffing. The decor was outdated.

Right inside the Abbey Hotel and steps from the Abbey itself or the Roman Baths. Very nice service and good food and reasonable. The bar makes great drinks too!

We had lunch here. The food was okay but the restaurant was very cold so pretty uncomfortable on a freezing day. Service could be improved by staff training in small things : give the credit card and bill back to the customer rather than leaving...More

Allium Brasserie opened in 2012 and serves a variety of dishes from light lunches to a la carte dinner from 12 noon until 9pm (10pm on Friday and Saturdays). A superb range of dishes, using the freshest, seasonal ingredients, are created by head chef Chris Staines and his team. Terrace dining can be enjoyed when the weather is good, where you can also enjoy coffees and afternoon teas - also served in the Allium Lounge where you are surrounded by original artworks in an ever-changing exhibition. One the most exciting restaurants in Bath.
