We were looking for an old fashioned pub with good pub food and we just happened to stumble across this place. The food was very nice and reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and the place has plenty of character. We'll definitely be back next...More

It was a Friday night, we were celebrating our father's birthday and fathers day, we were having fun, not swearing and keeping ourselves to ourselves. The barman from the off had such a grumpy unwelcoming aura and seemed like he didn't want to be there....More

Although the fact in the title seems to be a claim for lots of visitors, we just ended there after visiting the Roman Baths. The waiter seemed to be then only one in the place, and the ground floor was full with usuals, so we...More

The reason to come here is the quaint charm of Bath's smallest pub. But not a real "destination" for beer lovers or foodies. The pub is tied to Abbey Ales and therefore features that brewery's rather boring ales - Bellringer, Chorister and a guest. The...More

The smallest pub in Bath. Food is excellent and staff very friendly. One of the cheapest places in Bath for coffees and tea also. Would go again when next in Bath.

Popped in during a visit to Bath. Greeted with a friendly welcome, seat beside the fire and lovely local ales. Pie and mash was the perfect lunch for a cold February day.

We popped in here on a very cold day in February. We had a couple of really nice local ales and warmed up next to the log burning stove. The bar tender was really friendly and chatty. It was a really welcoming and cosy space...More

Had not been here for many years, still good beer, service and friendly customers. Get there early for a seat. Seems to be a haunt for Rugby fans on match day.

Said to be the smallest pub in Bath and I wouldn't dispute that. We were in there on a busy Saturday lunchtime with a home rugby match so not much room to spare but great atmosphere and great ale. Looking forward to a return visit!
