Excellent service, staff have extensive knowledge of the tea that they serve and this creates an fun experience. Learned a great deal about various teas and found some new favourites, would absolutely recommend.

I read some mixed reviews about this place but I was very pleasantly surprised! The waitress was nice, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. She took me through the appropriate tea brewing and serving techniques whilst giving me some background on the tea I had chosen (which...More

I adore this tea shop and it’s wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. When in Bath I love to come alone and practice the meditative tea drinking. Delicious tea and such helpful staff and owners! Would recommend to everybody.
