It is with absolute regret that The Flouch Balti will close its doors for the last time on Sunday night 2nd. April 2017 as the lease expires and the building due for demolition to build 4 houses. The owners nd staff have all been superb. One big family. we will miss you very much

Returning from the US jet-lagged and curry deprived, I had a culinary itch that only the Flouch could scratch. And so it was; as is customary after coming home from a voyage of discovery, I set out for the house on the edge of moors. En route I was informed that the restaurant would be closing down in a mere... More

My first experience of this place was to have a balti take away. It was quite good. Hard to get a decent curry anywhere these days. With all the rave reviews i decided to take two mates there for the Sunday buffet. Starts at 5:30 and was rammed from the get-go. It's a tiny buffet, a bit like that thing... More

We have been going to the Flouch for years now. It is the best curry we've tasted. The red onion pickle is a delight. Very reasonably priced and good service.

It was a snowy Sunday evening and my pals (who shall remain nameless) and I required a good hearty curry to warm the bones. With more choice than ever before in the surrounding areas of Barnsley, it was a tough decision as to which establishment would be selected for scrutiny. The Flouch's USP of the all you can eat Sunday... More

I am not a massive fan of curry but this place is awesome! The lamb tikka was so delicious and the service has always been great each time I have visited. The prices are very reasonable!

This place is a bit of a drive for us but always worth the trip. Excellent food and service. The place is remote but always busy including lots calling for take always so proves its worth. Been several times over the past couple of years and never disappointed.

My wife and I come here two or three times a month and we have never been disappointed. The only places that we have had Indian food as good as this is in India. The lads that work here can't do enough for you. Can't wait for my next balti. The prices are very reasonable and you get a good... More
