We had an amazing experience here on a Sunday doing the £15 all you can eat meal.
The service was amazing and we were paid attention to very well.
Food was absolutely amazing & such great value.
Will be back here often!
Waiter was quick and very accommodating. Order taken and food came out promptly. He even gave a free naan and 2 poppadoms. Quality of non-veg was amazing but we only ordered one veg dish (yellow dhaal) which was not the best. Overall, good experience. Only...disappointment was that the waiter mentioned that service charge is not included hence hinting he would like a nice tip. We were going to do this anyway but didn't because he got stroppy. The reason being he put the incorrect bill (£6000 :-)) on card machine. Having said that, we will definitely back here and give it another chance but get served by another waiter.More
We had an amazing meal here after the restaurant was recommended by my daughters. The food was incredible - amazing value, great sized portions, beautifully presented and SO delicious! Service was also extremely good, we were so well looked after! We will definitely be returning...very soon! It was the best Indian meal we have ever had.More
We went as a group of five, we all ordered quite different dishes; and when they arrived at the table, it was like some kind of beautiful art exhibition: Totally beautiful! The flavours and the texture of the food were simply outstanding, this truly is...an exceptional restaurant and the great staff who work there deserve a huge vote of thanks. Restaurants everywhere are really struggling and many are going out of business. It's,important that we support places like this, so we don't lose them.More
The food quality is absolutely amazing, the flavours in the food are extraordinary. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough.
Staff were so friendly and made sure everything was good throughout the meal. I am definitely returning to eat there again the whole experience was incredible....I have never found an Indian restaurant whose food was so authentic! I was very pleasantly surprised :)More

Thank you very much for this glowing review. We hope to see you back again. The kind words mean a lot.
We were happy to see this restaurant mentioned as being back to its best in February, so tried it out on my birthday. It was indeed lovely and if you check here I reviewed it enthusiastically. We've had it again since and again, no fault...at all.
Tonight, it's like the old days of Miahs take away food all over again, but worse.
Food turned up 20 minutes early which was fine but that's where the compliments stop.
The generous, well prepared portions replaced by meagre slop.
My tikka starter was 4 tiny bits of dry, burned chicken with an unpleasantly sweet taste, and one thin slice of onion. Oil in the bottom of the container did not look palatable.
The Keema naan was inedible, under cooked, sloppy, and far, far too spicy- this is a constant order and I've never had a violently spicy Keema naan in my life. It was just doughy.
Rice and saag were passable in a "best of a bad bunch" way, but leaving a bay leaf in is just an amateurish unpleasant oversight for accomplished chef.
As for the jalfreezi- at nearly £10, it was just not nice. It was sloppy, uncooked tomato and pepper. Chicken was hard and dry.
The mixed dips are a mainstay but again, sweet, unpleasant and in the bin.
We won't be back. For £28 it's cheap but where usually it was cheap, plentiful, delicious food it was cheap, nasty, meagre and frankly I've had better in a Asda Meal deal.
Bring back the chef from February!More
