Had it not been for the location, this pub would have been shut down years ago due to avoidance because of awful, lazy customer service. Minimal effort put in to be polite or customer centric. Food is average as well. Only the location saves it...More

I chose the Victoria Arms as a venue to hold celebration for a gathering of 20 people in honour of my dad's 70th birthday. We were allocated their private dining room, which was lovely. The service and attention we received from my initial email booking...More

I went to the Victoria arms for a lunch event with a group of volunteers. The food was great and the portions were big. The service was a touch slow.

The pub is difficult to find. My sat nav took me in another direction. Not their fault but it would be sensible to have some signposting from the main roads. The service was hit and miss. Lack of training and knowledge of the available food...More

Dear Kim, Such a shame you judge our whole pub on the price of a bottle of water, unfortunately, our pricing policy is set by Head Office at Wadworth & Co Ltd, you paid £2.60 for a 330ml glass bottle of Kingsdown sparkling water and...More
