A beautiful little cafe with faulted ceilings with patio tables looking out on the Radcliffe Camera that gets super crowded for lunch, but is easier to grab a table at during the afternoon for tea or a great cup of coffee. The menu rotates and...More

I love the food here! The menu is constantly changing and portions are very generous for the price. Sit outside and eat in the shadow of the Radcliffe Camera if the weather permits!

Lovely friendly atmosphere; good sized pot of tea; yummy cream, jam and scone - a regular port of call whether with friends or on my own.

Visited for a quick bite to eat after punting and was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the food was! I had the cheese rarebit, soup and salad and it was lovely. The outdoor garden area is perfect for sunny days, too.

I'm surprised and very sorry you had a poor experience of our afternoon tea. All our leaf teas are large loose leaf and on occasion there is an error of too much water of leaf tea ratio, easily solved...ask any of our staff team for...More

A beautiful place with a great view, we soaked up the sun enjoying a delicious pistachio and blueberry Chelsea bun that was soft and moist and full of fruit and nuts, and an almond croissant which was buttery and had a generous amount of almond...More

We had coffee and a bun during the morning and enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to explore Oxford and then return to the Vaults for lunch. I saw smashed avocado on sourdough on the menu but, by the time we returned, the...More

Set in the heart of Oxford within the grounds of the church and opposite the Radcliffe camera, you couldn't want for a better location. We went fir breakfast. Once you figure out the queuing system, service is quick and efficient. Went for the full English,...More

5 visits - meals and tea/coffee - at this lovely cafe during my 3-day research at Bodleian library - just enjoy it that much. Convenience plays a role too. It's inside the Oxford Uni first congregation house dating back to 1320. Comfortable inside and outside;...More

As a group of 6 friends we ate here. Unfortunately it was very chaotic and seemed unhelpful as the menu was not obvious and staff were not approachable. While 2 of our group ate soup which was ok the other 4 could not make sense...More

Hi ,as one of Oxfords TOP TEN Cafe's on trip advisor. I wonder if I could ask you for a little charity? I am starting a project to give all the Oxford Homeless Street Sleepers( we have often over 20 each night that cant get a hostel or indoor place to sleep ) a hot water bottle. Would your staff be willing to give someone facing a dangerously cold night sleeping on oxford's pavements some hot water? I envisage giving you a spare bottle so you could just exhange an empty one each time? Any kindly supporting businesses will be featured on my new FB page Heat on the street ( Oxford) Kindest Regards Helen
