It's becoming a little favourite of my nanna and mine, cozy, warm and tucked away quite well from the high street. Very attentive, chatty waitress who clearly enjoys her job and made the experience more pleasant, very accommodating too. My nanna went for the goats...More

A group of us went for a "Christmas Meal", if you get chance to go don't bother! The staff (all young) were pleasant and attentive but that's about all the plusses sadly. The upstairs room had a strange smell to it quite fusty. Our meals...More

The beef was overcooked, the veg were not roasted, the potatoes were undercooked the yorkshire pudding didn't taste good. The sticky toffee pudding was terrible. But the service was great and the setting was lovely.
