Most of the men I know - especially me - would never choose waffles as a meal. I still think this even after all the times I've been to The Waffle House and thoroughly enjoyed it. But what can you do? We all have our...More

A must visit when in Norwich!! Skip the major tourist sites. Make your way to the Waffle House. Off the beaten track. A definite must dine place. Don't leave Norwich without a visit.

Went for the novelty value, but was very impressed with the food. Had burger waffle, which was very tasty, whilst the chocolate mousse dessert was to die for.

As always, Waffle House never disappoints. Fantastic service, great choice of food and drinks (especially local beers/ciders), all the more so knowing that it's a local institution making their food from scratch - the homemade Bolognese is particularly delicious.

You can see the menu by searching, sorry I'm not allowed to include web links. They have lots of vegetarian choices, I think more than meat options, but will mix and match toppings if you ask. I recommend the cheese sauce... More
